The available parts depend on the separation result for your source. Review the returned labels and previews rather than assuming every instrument will be isolated. A full mixed recording can contain overlapping sounds that are difficult to separate.
Separation estimates the parts of a mixed recording. Reverb, harmonies and overlapping instruments can leave traces between stems. Check the exact section you plan to use, both alone and with its intended backing.
