Agreement and Service

By accessing AIGenMusic, you agree to these Terms. AIGenMusic provides AI-assisted music generation, lyrics, cover, extension, audio conversion, and stem-separation tools. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material, and no particular result is guaranteed.

Accounts and Plans

You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Plan rights apply while a subscription is active, trialing, or pending cancellation before the paid period ends. After that period, new tasks use the then-current Free rights. The plan, retention period, privacy mode, and license version attached to an existing output are fixed when its task is created.

Inputs and Third-Party Rights

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, recordings, and other material you submit. You grant AIGenMusic and its processors a limited license to host, transmit, transform, and store that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded recordings, public URLs, lyrics, voices, melodies, and other inputs. Cover, Extend, and upload-based features do not grant rights in an original song, composition, recording, performer, voice, likeness, or other third-party material. AIGenMusic does not add a separate blocking copyright checkbox; your responsibility applies whenever you submit or process content.

Output Licenses

Each completed task has a versioned license credential based on its plan when created. For the provider-generated portions of an output, AIGenMusic grants the following plan license. This grant does not transfer rights in user-supplied or other third-party material:

• Personal: use for personal, non-commercial projects.
• Standard Commercial: use in lawful streaming releases, advertising, commercial content, and client projects.
• Extended Commercial: the Standard rights without a numeric limit on lawful projects, clients, or releases.

No license permits selling an output as a standalone source file, reselling it in a stock or sample library, uploading infringing material, falsely claiming authorship or identity, or bypassing another person's rights. Extended does not promise exclusivity, successful copyright registration, or rights in third-party works. Applicable law and third-party rights continue to apply.

Credits, Queues, and Cancellations

Credits are charged when a task is accepted. A task canceled before provider submission, or a task that fails without deliverable output, is eligible for an automated idempotent credit return. Tasks already submitted to a provider cannot be canceled through the pre-submission cancellation endpoint. Queue priority and concurrent-processing limits follow the task's plan snapshot.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms. Cancellation stops renewal but does not remove paid access before the current period ends. Payment reversals, fraud, or non-payment may remove related access or credits.

Private Storage and Sharing

Generated assets are private by default and are served through authenticated endpoints. Each task receives the retention period shown for its plan. Expired media may be permanently deleted while task, billing, license, and expiry metadata are retained as required for records, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Pro users may create time-limited links and revoke them at any time; anyone holding a valid link can access its asset until revocation or expiry.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; exploit or endanger minors; create non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, fraud, or targeted harassment; impersonate another person deceptively; distribute malware; evade access controls; overload the service; or resell access or raw outputs in a prohibited form.

Availability and Providers

AI, storage, payment, email, and infrastructure providers help operate the service. Features may be delayed, unavailable, or changed when a provider, legal requirement, or safety issue requires it. A callback or provider response is not treated as proof of completion until AIGenMusic verifies the task and secures deliverable assets.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that an output is unique, non-infringing, eligible for copyright, or suitable for a particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGenMusic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. A task's recorded license version remains the version issued with that task unless a change is required by law. Questions can be sent to support@aigenmusic.com.
