Privacy Policy

Overview

This Policy explains how AIGenMusic processes information when you browse the site, create an account, purchase a plan, submit audio, generate music, share an asset, or contact support.

Information We Process

We may process account and authentication data; prompts, lyrics, settings, uploads, public audio URLs, and generated media; task, queue, credit, license, sharing, and download records; order and subscription records; support messages and attachments; browser, IP, cookie, security, and diagnostic data; and aggregate product analytics.

Payment card details are processed by the selected payment provider and are not stored in full by AIGenMusic. Share tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes rather than plaintext.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, submit and recover AI tasks, enforce plan and concurrency rights, charge or return credits, copy provider outputs into private storage, stream and download media, issue license credentials, operate time-limited sharing, process payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

AI and Infrastructure Providers

Inputs required for a requested operation are sent to the configured AI provider. Temporary provider media may be copied into AIGenMusic-controlled private storage before delivery. Storage, queue, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and support providers process limited data as needed to operate the service and under their own terms.

Private Assets, Sharing, and Retention

Account assets are private by default. A task records its retention period when created: currently 7 days for Free and Starter, 30 days for Creator, and 365 days for Pro. Uploaded source files are normally removed after provider submission and retained for no more than 24 hours unless recovery or legal obligations require otherwise.

When a Pro user creates a share link, anyone with the valid link can access that asset until the link is revoked, the link expires, or the underlying asset expires. Access count and latest access time may be recorded. After media deletion, task, expiry, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, and license metadata may remain where required.

Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers only as necessary to operate AIGenMusic, or when required by law, to protect users, or to secure the service.

Security and Your Choices

We use authenticated access, private object storage, transport encryption, signed callbacks, hashed share tokens, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and license-record obligations.

Children, Updates, and Contact

AIGenMusic is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We may update this Policy as the service changes. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@aigenmusic.com.
