Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which AI Gen Music may issue refunds for purchases made through our platform.

Subscription Plans

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Renewals are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Credit Purchases

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits from a one-time purchase may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with:

1. Your account email address.
2. The order or transaction ID.
3. The reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Credits that have already been used to generate music.
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago, unless required by applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
